High Protein Palmini Pasta
This 10 minute dinner recipe is sure to become your new family favorite and your kiddos won’t even realize the noodles are 100% veggies!!!

Ingredients
Palmini Hearts of Palm noodles pouch
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup marinara
1 cup veggie broth
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
(Optional) browned ground beef
Instructions
Blend together cottage cheese, marinara, veggie broth and red pepper flakes. Heat in saucepan and add Palmini noodles and optionally add browned ground beef. Top with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
