Chunky Monkey Peanut Butter Cups

If your family is like ours, there’s always the random super ripe banana at the end of the week and now here’s a recipe that you can use it in.

Ingredients

Banana

Peanut butter

1 cup chocolate chips (I used @lilys_sweets no sugar added dark chocolate!)

TBSP coconut oil

1 scoop of chocolate protein (I use vegan!)

Instructions

To cupcake liner, add banana slice and top with peanut butter (or preferred nut butter).

On microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil (it helps with smooth texture) and heat in 30 sec increments until fully melted. I added scoop of chocolate protein to add a little protein to this treat, but totally optional, and then pour over banana and peanut butter and put in freezer to chill. Enjoy!
