Easy Egg Frittata

These easy egg frittata is perfect at the end of the week for using up all the leftover protein and produce, but it’s also amazing for meal prep, weekend bunch, or an easy holiday table addition!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

12 eggs

1 cup protein (I’ve done pulled pork, grilled chicken, sausage, your choice!)

I cup chopped veggies (I did cherry tomatoes!)

1 red onion

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

(Optional) cheese to top

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425° F and crack and blend 12 eggs together. In pan, sauté tomatoes and red onion, add protein and seasonings, and then pour egg mixture, optionally top with cheese, and then our entire pan into preheated over for 12-15 minutes or until set in center and then enjoy!
