High Protein Bagels
These high protein bagels 🥯 have become our family’s favorite and I have a feeling they will become yours too!!!
Servings: 8
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour- I used 1:1 gluten free
1.5 TBSP baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1.5 cups Greek yogurt (I also have used almond yogurt to make dairy free!)
Instructions
Preheat oven 375° and then mix together all dry ingredients and then add yogurt and roll into a dough ball. Cut into 8 pieces and roll into logs and then create a circle and place on a parchment lined pan. Make an egg wash (1 eggs egg white with one tsp water, mixed well) and brush bagels and then top with favorite toppings (we’ve tried everything but the bagel seasoning, cinnamon and coconut sugar, and made chocolate ones by adding chocolate protein…seriously, they’ve all been amazing!!!).
Bake for 25 minutes on the upper rack and then let cool slightly, slice, and add your favorite butter, jam, or peanut butter and enjoy. Hope you and your family love this one like we do! 🤟🏻
