Baked Peach Oats

These baked peach oats may be full of fiber and packed with protein, gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free, BUTTTT they are also delicious and I can’t wait for you to try them!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

2 cups oats
2 bananas
4 eggs
1 cup preferred milk
2 scoops vanilla protein- I used vegan
1-2 TBSP maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch sea salt
2 peaches

Instructions

Preheat over to 350° and in a blender add oats, bananas, eggs, protein, milk, salt, maple syrup, and baking soda and blend until well combined. Dice one peach and add to batter and then pour into a lined casserole dish and top with remaining peach, sliced, and bake for 25-30 minutes and then enjoy!
