Sweet Potato Muffins

Your whole family is going to love these sweet potato muffins and you’re going to love that they’re made all all natural ingredients and full of fiber and packed with protein!

Servings: 12

Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup cooked sweet potato (or pumpkin!)

3 eggs

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

Pinch salt

(Optional) chocolate chips

Instructions

In a blender, combine everything except the chocolate chips and blend until well combined and then add chocolate chips and then distribute in muffin tray and bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
