Baked Pumpkin Donuts

Your whole family is going to love these baked pumpkin donuts and you’re going to love that they’re made with all natural ingredients, full of fiber and packed with protein!

Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup pumpkin purée

3 eggs

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

Pinch salt

(Optional) chocolate chips

Instructions

In a blender, combine everything except the chocolate chips and blend until well combined and then add chocolate chips and then distribute in donut pan and bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes, let cool, top with yogurt, sprinkles or your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
