Granola Yogurt Cups

I know you are going to love these granola cups!

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups oats
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 bananas
pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Mash your bananas and add all your wet ingredients together until well incorporated and then add your dry ingredients. Once well combined, press into a greased muffin pan forming a cup shape and then place in freezer for about 20-30 minutes. Take out of freezer and press down once more into cup shape and then bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Enjoy warm or let cool and store in an air tight container to enjoy all throughout the week!
