High Protein Pumpkin Waffles

You’re going to love this high protein, pumpkin waffle that takes less than five minutes to make! They are also incredible tasting while also full of fiber and packed with protein!!!

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/2 cup 100% pumpkin purée

2 eggs

1 scoop of vanilla protein

1 tsp pumpkin spice (or cinnamon)

1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together until well combined and pour into greased (I used avocado oil spray) waffle iron and cook for 3 minutes and then top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
