Protein Waffles

30 grams of protein and less than 250 calories per waffle! I don’t count calories (and didn’t to lose 75 pounds) but this low-cal, high protein option are incredible to up your eating volume and still lose weight!

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/3 cup egg whites

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (I’ve also used dairy free and it works too!)

1 scoop vanilla protein

1/2 tsp baking powder

Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and then either pour into a waffle maker (or turn into a pancake). Top with your favorite toppings (I love adding 100% cocoa chips, blueberries, nut butters, etc.)
