High Protein French Toast Casserole

POV: your kids want French toast, but you want it to be balanced…this high protein French toast casserole is going to be your new family favorite! As my daughter, McKenzie said, “it’s like a party in my mouth”. 😝

Ingredients

Four slices of bread (the more fiber, the better)

2 eggs

1 scoop vanilla protein

3/4 cup preferred milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Icing Ingredients:

1/4 cup confectionery sugar (I use @swervesweetie confectionery sugar replacement)

1/2 TBSP preferred milk

Instructions

Preheat over to 425° F. Cut bread into a squares and put in small casserole dish. Mix together milk, eggs, vanilla protein and cinnamon and pour over bread and put in oven for 10-15 minutes or until preferred texture. Enjoy!
