Easy Pizza Recipe

Easiest pizza recipe ever and your whole family will love it! Best of all, no waiting for the dough to rise. This meal will take less than 30 minutes to make and the whole family can get in on the fun!

Servings: 1 pizza, 6-8 slices

Ingredients

3 cups flour (I use gluten free by @bobsredmill)

1 1/4 cups warm water

1 tablespoon yeast

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon oil (I use avocado oil here)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 500° F. Mix together yeast and warm water and set to the side for about 5 minutes while you mix together other ingredients. Add flour, salt, sugar, oil to large mixing bowl and combine and then add water/yeast mixture and use hands to incorporate- adding a little more water and oil if needed.

On floured surface, spread out dough and fold edges slightly to make a crust and then put parchment paper with dough on pan and top with marinara, cheese and preferred toppings. We did pepperoni and bacon on one and a bbq chicken with red onion on the other. Bake for 10 and then check on dough. Add time if needed, but this pizza bakes fast!
